Sonya graduated from the Craft & Design Program majoring in glass, at Sheridan College (SOCAD) in Oakville, ON. Her current focus is to create and design functional wearable art, as well as blown, kiln cast glass sculptural work. With a background in painting and drawing, surface design and texture have been a venue for exploration and creation. For the past 9 years, Sonya has also been an integral part of the teaching community at Terminal City Glass Co-op.
